Check on the List

It took me till today, but today is not a great day, in fact, it’s kind of a shitty day. No reason, just depression and crappy biochem raising its ugly head. So I printed the list of folks for a psychiatrist and a therapist to get started on medicating my brain and working through some of my crap. The medicine will go a long way towards helping the depression, but there are some patterns that exist independently of it (though it certainly doesn’t help) that I need to work on. Hence the therapist. I’ll make the phone calls at lunch.
