december or january?

Here’s my get-on-track plan. I’m trying to decide whether to start Monday, or on the 21st, or on January 1. Thoughts welcome. This is the first week outline.

    • I agree! I’m gonna go with the Solstice. That’s also my last day at the college, so it feels right. I’ll have a nice ritual and perhaps a drink or two that night, and then I’ll be “clean” for 30 days while I figure some stuff out.
